Shipping Policy

All the orders are shipped from our warehouse in Delhi – India, by courier.

Please allow us 2 - 7 business days (For Pan India Delivery) from the receipt of your order for your product delivery.

Order deliveries will be attempt between morning to evening.

Goods will need an OTP for delivery. If you cannot be there to provide OTP for your product delivery, please provide OTP to an alternative for your product delivery (i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.)

TheBodyEssence will not take any responsibility for goods received by an alternative person because we're providing secure network delivery via OTP.
TheBodyEssence is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
