Returns and Refunds Policy

An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging for claims on Missing Items / Leakage / Breakage or Damage / Incorrect Product, which has to be made when you received the product.
Perfumes are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal are/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
Incase of a package being Tempered / Damaged / Defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner(boy) on the spot.

Conditions for Returns-

There are certain situations where you can claim for return/refund:

  • The customer should contact our customer care or mail us within 24 hours in the event they receive a Damaged / Broken/ Leaked product.

  • Delivered product is in Damage Condition.

  • Received the product in Leakage Condition.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging for claims.

  • In any other case apart from Leakage, Breakage or Damage, No Return/Refund will be applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy-

Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 10 days of cancellation acceptance.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped/dispatched and an amount of Rs 70 will be deducted once the order is shipped and if it is returned back/Refused to Accept under any circumstances(prepaid orders).

Exchange-

We only replace items if they are Leakage, Breakage or Damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {care@thebodyessence.com}.

Returning Goods-

If you are eligible for refund, then your refund will be processed automatically.
Incase of cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer or original method of payment within 3-7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time to update your refund.
